Introduction!

 



Hi! I’m Isabella Aguayo. I grew up in
Chile but now I am living in the United States. I have been here for some months, and it has been for sure one of the nicer and crazier experiences of my life. Now I’m studying at the Brigham Young University of Idaho in Rexburg.

I am taking a family relations class in which the objective is that students can understand, empathize and be able to analyze and influence families across a range of circumstances. So, in this blog, I will talk about things that I learn about this topic.

  Hi guy s , I am very excited to be here in another weekly blog! Today I am going to talk about a very common problem in relationships. This is good and bad communica tion in relationships. Co m munication problems can be present in any kind of relationship , not just romantic relationships, and it is one of the main factor that can determine the success or failure of a relationship.   E ach person has a different background and different ways of thinking . Sometimes things that might  be totally normal fo r some people might not be for others , and that is ok. Family culture

Hi everyone! I am very excited to share with you some things that I learned.   In this week’s class , we talked about something that I never thought about before but that makes a lot of sense to me. We discussed “ family culture ” . This concept refers to all the ideas, costumes, morals, traditions , and  behavior that people can inherit from their immediate family or extended family and ancestors. Although we may think that we are absent from this kind of impact on our personality,  Consciously or unconsciously, family culture influences our way of thinking and acting.    Each family culture is unique because any family shares the same habits and beliefs. Having a healthy family culture is essential for the future of our kids because in the future they could  follow all these attitudes and behaviors learned in their own famil ies .
